So on Saturday after three and a half years I left the role within the business that enabled me to take my first steps within retail management. It's an odd feeling, It doesn't seem to have quite sunk in yet and I'm still in the mindset ill return Monday. Although many of the milestones in my career have begun there I am so, so incredibly happy to be embarking on a new journey. I'm not going to go on and on about my feelings about that place as its behind me now, its time to look onwards and upwards.
On Saturday evening to celebrate the monumental occasion myself, the boyfriend and the in laws went to an idyllic location for a wonderfully tasty meal accompanied by some rather delicious wine.
This is a scheduled post, so by the time you are reading this I will be at the start of my first day in my new job, meeting an abundance of new people and learning more and more about my new journey that lies ahead. My uniform has been meticulously prepped and nails freshly painted, ready and raring to get started!
