Today for me was all about layering, for a welcome change the sun was shining, I had forgotten the sun existed. However it didn't have me fooled and a sharp cutting wind was of course still present. I've had my trusty checked shirt for quite some time now and has inevitably been photographed in many of my outfit posts and will no doubt pop up time and time again. I decided to layer it up with my super chunky knit jumper from New Look which just feels like a big old hug. I must say when I popped in there the other day they had some amazing stuff in store and seem even cheaper then ever. Ive heard some talk of them being in trouble as unfortunately so many stores currently are but I truly hope not, they have such an incredible versatile range, not to mention I'm a former employee myself. They taught me so much and probably wouldn't be where I am today without them giving me a foot on the ladder. (went a bit off on one there didn't I)
I hadn't whipped out my bowler hat in quite a while so thought it best have an outing especially as it was a rather expensive purchase, I'm lusting over a fedora right now though but not sure whether to or not? All in all a perfect cosy, lazy Sunday outfit. Hope you've all had a fabulous weekend!

I think about 99% of my clothes is from new look they do lovely clothes & it always seems like a nice environment to work in- I have the same sentiment attached to my foot-on-the-ladder job :)
